voice actor

As a performance artist and actor in several large and mid-size markets, I discovered I had a voice that recorded well. I made my living as a stage actor for more than two decades, but supplemented my acting habit by producing and writing creative media and fund-raising for large, non-profit accounts. As their signature voice, I helped several organizations earn more than two million dollars through my voice talent.  I learned that voice-over requires more than simply having a nice voice. It requires interpreting the clients’ vision and delivering exactly what they want, only better.

Today I manage ActorsVoiceTalent in the beautiful Twin Cities of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, where I'm also a working actor.  I record with the AT3035 large-diaphragm microphone, Roland digital studio workstation, a MacBook Pro, and Logic Pro audio software.

I attended Bethel University, Liberty College, and Regent university for continuing education credits. My education in voice technique is a daily occupation. I read, practice, study, and most of all – I listen. The only way a person becomes great at voice-over is by doing voice-over, and I know my years of experience will benefit you.

I work with all types of client budgets. Contact me, let’s talk about your project!

My skills as a narrator have developed by voicing hundreds of projects as the signature voice of corporate clients, from training, industrial, and educational CD–ROMs, phone on-hold systems, to video documentaries, including the Commemorative DVD of the world-renowned Dale Warland Singers.
